Guacamole

YUMBO! I like a chunkier guac so I didn't mash the avocados as much but this was so tasty! great recipe!

Superbowl Sausage Snacks

This was so simple to make! I made this with turkey sausage. With all that gooey melty cheese you can't even tell it's turkey sausage. (Def get the spicy kind though) I burnt the bread but that was my own fault. then next batch was perfect. The whole family gobbled these up on poker night.

Deep Fried Dill Pickles

Finally! There is a local pub nearby that serves these and I have been trying to duplicate the recipe. This is spot on! I've made it both with spears and slices. I like to dip these in a little wasabi ranch sauce for a kick. Thanks for the recipe!
