Allie's Delicious Macaroni and Cheese
I wish I had all the ingredients to make this recipe as given even so - this recipe came out as a 5 star without the ham, pepper or paprika! I loved it! Thanks for the recipe it is a keeper and I promise to have all the ingredients next time I make it.

Chocolate Cream Pie II
Excellent - just like Granny used to make. A great chocolate flavor and very creamy texture. They were fighting over the last piece! Creaming the eggs and sugar was a great solution - instead of the old way of cooking the cream then adding to yolks slowly then adding yolks back into pan to cook! Good option that won't cook the eggs too fast. I used the Philsbury ready rolled crust and nobody knew the difference! I whipped the cream but Cool Whip would probably work as well.

Curried Carrot Soup
Excellent low calorie soup. I add a tablespoon of low fat Sour Cream to each bowl adding 16 calories but it really improves the taste and texture of the soup. I also used this recipe reducing the liquid while cooking to be the curry gravy for curried baked chicken - it was great and very low calorie while increasing the fiber and vegetable content without using cream!
