Roasted New Potatoes

Did these on the bbq in a disposable tin loaf pan, turned out excellent!

French Bread Rolls to Die For

This is simply the BEST!!!! Did use breadmaker using dough setting. Sprinkled cornmeal on baking sheet, and brused with 1 egg white with a tablespoon of water before baking. Crusty outside and sooo tender inside. Hubby loves them, so will make over and over again.

Herbed Salmon Steaks

I made this last nite, and instead of saltines, I used the broken bits you get from tortilla snacks, and ground them up in a blender. Would definately make this again.
