Rolled Buttercream Fondant
This recipe is great, however I did find it EXTREMELY sweet - even for fondant! I added just a bit of almond extract and it gave it a great flavor...I will also be trying a marshmallow fondant to compare and see which gives a smoother finised texture

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
Amazing amazing amazing...the chicken was so soft and tender, even the leftovers! This recipe also freezes very well

Crepes
This was my first go with crepes, and the recipe was so easy and great comeout! I added plenty of cinnamon to the batter, then after it was cooked I spread a thin layer of nutella, then filled with a strawberry and whipped cream combo. The boyfriend had at least 4...
