I LOVE to cook and bake. I'm a nurse but would like to someday open a restaurant or catering business. I have 2 little kids running around and "helping" me cook Birthday cakes, beef stew, Italian rustic meals, and anything chocolate. I'm the first person in my family to really have a love of cooking. Everyone else really just cooked out of responsibility The day my son said, "dewishis potatoes mom" with the best garlic mashed I've ever tried. And the past 2 birthday cakes I've made. Chocolate cupcakes made with regular baking powder (not aluminum free) everyone smiled and swallowed their first bite and not one bite more.
