I've been driving truck all over North America for the last 12 years - now I'm home awaiting surgery to repair a torn Rotator Cuff (Ouch!) so as I'm going to be off work for at least 9 months I can get back to one of my favorite hobbies - cooking! Also going to try baking again (maybe try Shortbread and fruitcake)
