This dish was nothing special though I have to say that my very picky husband and 6 year old daughter thought it was fantastic. It was very easy to make but was kind of bland. If I make it again I will play around with the seasonings to make it more flavorful.

The best Cordon Bleu I have ever made! I served it with mashed potatoes and topped it all with the yummy sauce. We live in Germany right now and this is just as good as what we get in the restaurants. Our picky 6 and 4 year old daughters even liked it and that itself says a lot. I now have a new meal to add to our rotation.
