I live in the 775, Nevada (Reno). I am 15 and I do most of my families cooking. I love cooking chicken. I enjoy it baked, deep fried and stir fried. I try to use a wide variety of spices and techniques, sometimes I go by the book, but oftentimes I like to have a little fun. Creme Brulee is my biggest tradition. It is a great dessert dish that everyone in my family loves. I know several different ways to make it, and I think I've perfected it. Lasagna to feed a family for weeks. My friend and I took our whole weekend preparing this 7 layer lasagna from heaven. Each layer was different, and better the one before. We never remember what exactly we did, because we kept changing it as we went. It was the best and biggest italian dish I've had. Apple toast? When I first started cooking I attempted to mix sliced apples and toast with applesauce. I was young, but it was horrible. Never trying that again.
