Red Garlic Mashed Potatoes
I made these for Thanksgiving and everyone loved them. They were quick and easy to make. I left out the sugar. I wonder if they ment to add the sugar to the water when they cook. I soak pealed carrets in sugar water when they have no flaver and it makes them sweeter.
