I am a stay at home mom of 2 teenage boys. I am recently divorced. I was born and raised in the south, but wouldn't necessarily consider myself a southern belle...lol. I do have my moments though. I found this website and fell madly in love with it. I love to cook anything I can. Im wanting to try out some new recipes, so tired of the same things all the time. I remember making chicken and dumplings with my grandma for every holiday. My best cooking triump was the peanut butter cookies i made from a recipe off here. My family begs for them. My worst cooking tragedy was when i was cooking my Mexican Chicken for my in-laws, and didnt realize that the chicken breast wasn't fully cooked. It took 2 1/2 hours to cook it.
