Butter Cream Frosting II
I have always had problems making buttercream icing from scratch but this recipe turned out nicely even for me!

Simple White Cake
This recipe makes great cupcakes! Its my new go-to cupcake recipe. I don't change it one bit and the cakes always turn out light and perfectly flavored. I like a simple white frosting on them but recently tried a chocolate frosting and it was pretty good.

Chocolate Banana Muffins
With a little tweaking (1tsp baking soda, instead of 3) these turned out beautifully. I love how melty the chocolate gets when you heat them up in the microwave just before eating.
