Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza
Great recipe. We made mini-pizzas with "Jay's Signature Pizza Dough," also on this site. The sauce was perfect. I used minimal sauce as we grilled these pizzas. I put the dough on the hot, oiled grill for a couple minutes. We then removed the crust and put toppings on the cooked side. Then we put them back on the grill until the cheese melted. We mixed cheddar and mozzarella on top. Only topped with cilantro, no BBQ mixture. They turned out great.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust
It is a great crust, crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. Our guests loved it. We made mini-pizzas on the grill. I preheated the grill on high and rubbed the grate with veg. oil. Be sure to make each pizza just prior to tossing on the grill. They tend to become sticky when they sit. I grilled each for a couple minutes on one side. Then we took them off the grill, put (minimal) sauce and toppings on the grilled side, and placed them back on the grill to melt the cheese. Used with "Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken" recipe, also on this site.

Hummus III
Yummy! We liked it better than some restaurants' hummus. I used some of the bean juice to thin it, only 1 oz of lemon juice and added 1/2 tsp of cumin. Careful with the garlic. I usually add 1.5 tsp packaged minced garlic which works fine. When I added 4 cloves, it was too strong. Topped with olive oil, paprika and feta. Served with store-bought pita chips. It's a keeper for sure!
