Chi Tan T'ang (Egg Drop Soup)

I made this for my lunch today and it was GOOD. I also heated up store-bought egg rolls and made a meal out of the two together. Will be making this again the next time the flu bug hits our house!

Basil Vinaigrette Dressing

I just made this for 5 kids - who all LOVED it. It was so simple to throw together, and so yummy! I left the rest for my employer to eat on her salads!
