Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
Big hit at my house. I used canned chilli beans in zesty tomato sauce and eliminated the can of tomato sauce. Also, no beer in my fridge so I used chicken broth. Going into the rotation for sure.

Smoked Cheese Ravioli
Reminds me of a dish served at Olive Garden. They use mushroom ravioli with theirs. Thanks, I made this and it was perfect.

Easy Rice Pudding
Wonderful! I did use short grain rice and I usually cover it the first half hour. The recipe works great with different combinations of canned milk or cream. My favorite is using vanilla soy milk. It turns out very creamy and is a great lactose free treat.
