Chocolate Eclair Cake
The only changes I made were to use regular graham crackers and substitute 8 0z of sweet condensed milk for one of the cups of regular milk. The rest of the recipe was exactly as written. Quick and easy. I Took this to a potluck and brought home an empty pan. Thanks.

Sour Cream Coffee Cake I
This just became one of my family's favorites! I only made a couple of changes. First, I added 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce to the wet ingredients. Next, I added 3/4 tsp salt to the dry ingredients. I baked the cake at 45 minutes exactly and I omitted the icing. The cake was melt-in-your-mouth moist with just the right amount of sweetness.

Chicken Cordon Bleu I
This recipe was a great base recipe. The only things that I changed were to sprinkle the chicken with Tony's and then dip in egg before filling and rolling. I also used Italian bread crumbs for more flavor. This tastes great with mozzarella cheese as well.
