Grilled Zucchini II
Didn't get much except a smoky flavor to this zucchini. Think I'll try adding some other flavors to it next time.

Easy Cheesy Skillet Chicken
This was sensational; voted a keeper by all of us. I browned the chicken in a little butter and sprinkled it with garlic salt and pepper. I mixed 1 cup cheddar cheese in place of the American. Simmered a half hour. Delicious!

This is very tasty and very easy on a hot night - no oven! Is also excellent as a leftover warmed in the micro. I did add 2 tsp. minced garlic. Shall make again. Thanks Jenn!
