I have a culinary degree from Johnson & Wales and am currently working as a restaurant manager. I want to get back more into cooking since I've been managing I don't get to cook as much as I'd like to. My favorite things to cook are anything that is requested of me. I sometimes cater parties and make lots of trays that not only look good, but taste good as well.
