This recipe is easy and the results are wonderful. I brought these sandwiches to a party and they were gone in no time at all. I considering putting 1000 island dressing or mustard on the sandwiches, but after tasting the meat I decided against it. The corn beef was so tasty that any condiment would just have distracted from the great taste of the corned beef.

I would definitely make this one again. It is a great sauce, but I would doctor it up a little bit. I would probably add some veggies to it.
