Curried Coconut Chicken
I made this tonight. My son said,"it's almost perfect." He's never said that. He just walked by and said,"are you saving the rest of the curry?" "I think I'll have it tomorrow." He's never said that either. I think I'll add some sliced green peppers and bamboo shoots next time. Thank you!

Angel Hair with Feta and Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Very good recipe. I cut back on the cilantro a bit though. Quick to put together which is very appealing to me as of late. Thanks!

Hearty Oatmeal Loaf
I've made this a few times. I put it on the dough cycle and then use my oven after letting it rise in the loaf pan for 30 min. or so. Very light, tasty bread. Thanks!
