Peach Bread
** GREAT!! ** I added one rotten banana too, and then made a peanut butter frosting for the top and it is OUTSTANDING!!! I'll make this alot!!! For the frosting, I used 2 c. chunky peanut butter, 1/4 c. butter-flavor Crisco, a little milk and powdered sugar. Mmmmmmm !!!!

Ginger-Touched Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies
No doubt the *** BEST *** cookies I have ever made !!! I added the spice ginger, but omitted the crystallized ginger. Then I added chopped walnuts. WOW - these are fantastic!!!!

Pineapple Chicken Tenders
I marinated full chicken breasts in this marinade that I made using Light Soy Sauce and a Tbsp of fresh ground ginger. I marinated the chicken about 5 hours before grilling and then saved the marinade and added the pineapple tidbits to it and served "on the side" with the chicken. YUM!!
