I followed other suggestions and used saran wrap to spread out the dough - it made it so much easier. Cool the cookie before putting the topping on. I froze the leftovers and they were so delicious right out of the freezer - a nice treat on a hot day. This is a sure hit. Everyone wanted the recipe and it is so easy.

We constantly try new fish recipes and this is our absolute favorite. We did not change a thing, however we did marinate the salmon for 8 hours. We are already planning to serve this at our big summer party.

This was very good and super easy. I was sceptical about not cooking the pasta first but I gave it a try. It really does work! Rinse out the spaghetti jars with water and use that water in the recipe. Waste not want not!
