Brooke's Best Bombshell Brownies
fantastic brownies. I've always wanted to make good brownies from scratch, and have always been disappointed with the results. The ones from the box are hard to live up to. This recipe did though. A little hard on the outside, and nice and chewy on the inside, just how i like them. A+. They were a little too chocolately for me though. Might bump that down to 3/4 cup next time.

Salsa II
I can only assume the other reviewers know something i don't. I only used 1/2lb japalenos per other reviews. Only used the seeds from one of them per other reviews, and ended up with a bowl full of excruciatingly hot, flavorless, inedible slop. So i'm willing to accept that i must have done something wrong, but the recipe is so simple i just can't imagine what.

Traditional Chicken Keleguin
A small flexible knife will do wonders for getting the meat out of the coconut's curved shell. Thought the ingredients looked like an odd mix, but i was in the mood to be adventurous. The recipe was delicious. Really interesting mix of flavors, and the coconut added a wonderful crunch. I'll probably make it again, but it may take me a while to work up the nerve to deal with a coconut again.
