No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies
I love these cookies. I am on a no sugar, no milk diet and I can eat these! They hit the spot when I need a sweet snack... Next time I make them I am doubling the recipe.

Feta and Sun-Dried Tomato Stuffed Chicken
One of the best meals I have had. We didn't use the olives as we don't like them. Even without them, the chicken was delicious
