This had a good traditional taste and wasn't too hard to make. I also included store bought tortilla chips, sour cream, avocado and lime juice to give it a little zip!

Loved it. I followed the recipe as is except I cooked the chicken with the cream of chicken soup. I was gone at work all day and had to let it cook for 9 hours and was afraid it might burn otherwise. It was so great even after cooking for longer than recommended, it was not dry. I cooked up some egg noodles and served it up. Boyfriend approved even though it was chicken and not beef!
