Caesar Salad Supreme
I was very pleased with this recipe. However I thought it was a little thick (about the consistency of Ranch dressing), maybe thinning it out with a little less mayo would make it the best for me. But I also didn't use the anchovies, maybe that would have affected the thickness? I made this for a party I hosted and the guests raved about it. I will try again.

Fruit Salad Dressing
I was very pleased when my not-so-ripe honeydew was magically delicious! I will use again in the future for any fruits that need that little something. Thank you.

Cauliflower Casserole
This was a good dish. I followed the recipe with the exception of adding no bread crumbs. and instead of red pepper flakes I used some creole seasoning. I also added a packet of Goya Sazon, I just love that stuff! I did use the suggestion of another review that said to add any additional cheeses on hand and used some American cheese on top of the cauliflower before baking. Next time I make it I will use the bread crumbs and maybe some broccoli for some color.
