I think this really is the world's best lasagna. I've made it twice with rave reviews. I did cut back on the salt (I used a heaping tsp instead of tbsp) but otherwise followed the recipe as-is, with great results. Fantastic!!!

This was easy to make and pretty tasty - a good weeknight dinner. Next time I will just cook the rice according to the package instructions, though - adding extra water per the recipe is pointless and draining it just adds an extra step. I also happily cut the mayo down to 1/2 cup based on other reviews. A full cup would have been too much.

So good, and surprisingly easy. Sent this in to my husband's office around Halloween and everyone loved it! I made the recipe as written, though I did line the pan with wax paper, as others have suggested. I also chilled the roll in the fridge overnight before slicing with serrated knife so it didn't squish out of shape.
