Roasted Asparagus and Garlic

Served this last night as a side with jagerschnitzel (fron Guy's Big Bite) it was wonderful!! My step daughters, husband and myself couldn't get enough, no left overs...The only changed I made was I replaced wine with butter and did it in one large foil pack. Thank you so much for sharing the recipe.

Zesty Slow-Cooker Italian Pot Roast

We have our kids and grandkids over every week for dinner. I wanted to try something different instead of the same old pot roast - they loved this. It reminded me of a thick veggie-beef soup. Thanks for sharing!

Breakfast Casserole III

Made this for Sunday morning family breakfast. The kids enjoyed it. I should have cut the butter in half though and the baking time was closer to an hour. I will be making this again just with less butter.

Honey Baked Chicken II

I made two chicken dishes last night, this was good, I think I didn't add enough curry. I will make this again with more curry. I also made "Bou's Chicken" and it was a 5 star.

Bou's Chicken

Last night I did two different chicken dishes for my husband and I to try, this one, which was great, I did add hot sauce to it, we just loved the flavor. We also did "Honey Baked Chicken II" it was also good, but this was better.

Delicious Ham and Potato Soup

This was a great start for me, I changed ham to bacon and used chicken broth in place of water and bouillon. I also added 1 cup of each sour cream and shredded sharp chedder cheese and 1/3 cups of diced carrots. It was a big hit with the family.

O'Brian's Potato Casserole

We did this for Sunday family breakfast, the kids loved it! The only thing I would change is the amount of butter, it was a little too buttery. I also bought the hash browns with the peppers and onions and it saved a lot of time.
