Pizza Dough III
Two cups of bread flour??? I don't think so. This recipe requires at least and additional cup in order to make a proper dough. Otherwise it is too sticky and unworkable. Otherwise, it's a good basic pizza dough recipe.

Cream Cheese Tart Shells
Excellent tart shell. Make sure you don't use too much dough per muffin and press the dough thinly into the muffin pan, otherwise the contents of your tart will overflow out as the dough rises.
