Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies
Easy to make and delicious. My whole family loved them and I loved that they stayed soft after they cooled.

Pesto
Easy and delicious. I cut the garlic in half, toasted the pine nuts, and omitted the parsley.

Rhubarb Bread I
This is really good bread and was easy to make. I followed the recipe with one exception; I didn't add any nuts. It turned out great. I lined the bottoms of my pans with parchment and the loaves came out easily.
