I'm a college student currently trying to make do with nothing in her dorm room but a hotpot and a microwave. I try to cook in my friends' apartments as often as I can. I'm a baker, mostly... cookies, cakes, and breads. Still, I love to cook everything that I possibly can Grandmother's mac and cheese, and mom's chicken enchiladas... and the traditional Christmas Eve fried shrimp! I finally learned my grandmother's gnocchi recipe! So good! I've had some vegan-baked-goods experiments that went VERY wrong.
