The Best Chocolate Cake You Ever Ate
This was DELICIOUS! I also made it as a layer cake, and it just looked divinely gooey and chocolatey -- it was a real show-stopper!

Oven-Fried Potatoes
Delish -- I made as described except for cutting way back on the oil, and I'll definitely be making these again. My kids gobbled them up.

Wild Rice Chowder
This was hearty and delicious -- a perfect fall soup! Like other posters, I bumped up the chicken, and I also used a can of evaporated milk instead of the heavy cream. SO yummy!
