This was pretty good. I only had time to marinade for about 45 minutes. I don't have a grill so instead baked the chicken at 400 for about 40 minutes in the marinande and served it with mashed potatoes and green beans. I love lemon but even for me it was too much, but I think it's because I doubled the marinade??? I then made a gravy out of the marinade, and it again, too much lemon... I may make this again, will double the marinade again but next time will not double the lemon juice.

I really, really enjoyed this, although I doubled the cheese and added garlic powder to the sauce. I will definitely make this again.

The steak was nice and juicy, although I don't think it's a meal that I will make again.
