Blonde Brownies I
I'm giving these three stars because I've made them about 5 times and they always disappoint me. They don't have a whole lot of flavor (just taste like sugar) and they aren't very fluffy. My husband loves the chewy texture but I think they should be fluffier. They just never seem as good as I hope. Kind-of a let down and I wish I could find a better recipe for Blondies.

Jamie's Minestrone
This was really good! I especially loved all the fresh, chunky vegetables. Great flavor. Also, a really forgiving recipe because you can basically use whatever veggies you've got on hand. This is a great recipe for easy-going rainy days. :)
