I am a mom of 3 small children, with a full time job, a home business and constant dogs in the house. Over the past few years health issues led us to get allergy tests and we discovered allergies to gluten, eggs and dairy. Gluten free cooking has become my challenge, as well as cooking on a budget. With 3 small children, it is a challenge to make kid friendly foods that are affordable and healthy for us. I also do not have a lot of time to cook elaborate dishes, so quick & simple is my focus.
