Amish Breakfast Casserole

My family..3 boys and my husband enjoyed this! This is the first casserole of this type we have all liked. Made it for New Years Day! I forgot the cottage cheese even though I had it, I added an extra egg and it turned out fine!!! I did cut back on the swiss cheese....I would also say this serves 6.

Avocado Feta Salsa

I forgot to add in my review that in addition to more avocados...I used cilantro instead of the parsley and oregano...thanks for the great recipe!
