Pork Chops Stuffed with Smoked Gouda and Bacon

I've made these fabulous chops twice and want to thank Darla for coming up with such a great recipe. Both times, my dinner guests raved them and demanded to have the recipe, which I shared, of course. I followed the recipe as written and didn't change a thing.

Cool Whip® Banana Split Pie

I made this recipe last week. The idea seemed so simple. I think the idea for such a pie is a great idea. The pie tasted good, but it never really set up to a firm stage. I'm not sure why, because I usually do not have any problems with recipes. Our company loved it and so did my husband, but I was a little dissappointed in with the final results. Let's put it this way, my pie never looked like the one in the picture - each layer clearly defined. I might try again, since the taste was fine.

Key Lime Pie VII

What have I gotten myself into? I tried this recipe right before Easter this year as my neighbor gave me a plastic bag full of beautiful limes from her tree. I think I made about 10 of these scrumptious pies so far this year. It's almost embarrassing to tell people how simple the recipe is and that I can make it in such short order. I love everything about the pie and make the recipe as written. I have always been a huge fan of Key Lime Pie and now I am a fan of this great recipe. Thank you, Ann.

Irish Soda Bread I

I don't have a long history of eating Irish Soda Bread, but I love this bread. Our dear friend, Pat, can't wait for St. Patrick's Day every year, because I always make it for him along with a traditional corned beef dinner. What a treat! Thanks for a great recipe ladies. P.S. I don't change a thing and make the recipe as written.

Aunt Carol's Apple Pie

I have been making this pie according to Aunt Carol for 9 years or so and I thought it's about time to give it a rating. I have been able to make excellent pie dough for many years, but the apple filling in this pie is the very best. My brother-in-law has cautioned me so many times about arriving to their home without an apple pie and risking being locked out of the house. ;o) I will continue to make this recipe as written and I thank Jo Ann Taylor and Aunt Carol for it.

Pizza On The Grill I

I made this pizza last week on a whim. A friend was coming for dinner and I wanted to try something new. My husband and friend were so impressed and I must say that I was too. I made the pizza again tonight, still following the directions as written. I want to make it once a week this summer until I can do it in my sleep. Last week, I think my crust was a tiny bit too thick, so I thinned it out just a bit. The flavor of the basil and garlic in the dough is a nice touch and, Doug, your idea about cooking the dough on one side and flipping it before putting on the toppings is genius. I'm going to have a hard time waiting a week before I make it again. It's the best pizza I've ever had at home. Thanks for a GRRREAT recipe!

Chicken with Rice (Arroz con Pollo)

I will be making this recipe for the second time for a dinner party. The first time, I followed the recipe to the letter and everyone raved about the incredible flavors, so I don't plan to change a thing. Thanks for sharing such a great dish!
