I am a teenager in a big family! One of ten, with (fortunately for the dishes, laundry, and cooking load!) only five of us still at home, there is always lots of cooking to do! I share the cooking load with my older sister, however lately I've been doing more and more on my own! I love making desserts. That's my joy and delight in the kitchen! Pies, cakes, cookies, puddings...bring it on! I love to eat them too...tell me, what is better then a moist cake with ice cream on the side??? I also enjoy making anything new and a bit on the exotic side!
