About this Cook
I am a teenager in a big family! One of ten, with (fortunately for the dishes, laundry, and cooking load!) only five of us still at home, there is always lots of cooking to do! I share the cooking load with my older sister, however lately I've been doing more and more on my own!
My favorite things to cook
I love making desserts. That's my joy and delight in the kitchen! Pies, cakes, cookies, puddings...bring it on! I love to eat them too...tell me, what is better then a moist cake with ice cream on the side??? I also enjoy making anything new and a bit on the exotic side!

Mall Pretzels
These are THE BEST!!!! Don't change a thing---they are awesome. Here's a tip, though: roll them THIN, THIN, THIN! I'm keeping this recipe for sure!

Enchilada Casserole III
Very good--everybody liked it. I added more spice to everything, but could have done with more tortillas according to the family. Next time will do two or three times the amount of tortillas. Other then that delicious!
