Chinese Pork Chops
This was a real hit with the whole family, including my 5 yr. old twin boys even without the celery (I didn't have any, so threw in a little celery salt for the flavor.) My only suggestion would be to use a little (or a lot) more than a cup of the cooking liquid. The "gravy" was so good, my husband was looking for more.
