Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

We absolutely loved this recipe and feel fortunate to have found it! The ribs turned out perfect. We made and used the sauce that's included in this recipe and actually preferred it over Stubb's Original BBQ Sauce, which surprised us. We can't wait to make this recipe again for friends and family to show it off. I'm uploading a photo for everyone to see. I can't recommend this recipe enough.

Aimee's Quick Chicken

We liked this one. I think it'd be great in the cooler months of the year since it has a comfort food feeling to it with the dense cheese and bacon. The taste was good. I'd recommend putting the cheese down first and then the bacon bits on top because it sticks better. This recipe will certainly be on our regular rotation over the winter and fall.

We really, really liked this recipe. In fact, we put it on our list of restaurant-quality recipes. We've made it twice and weren't disappointed either time. I definitely recommend this recipe.

Chicken Scampi II

If I could give it 4 1/2 stars I would. We added a half cup of chardonnay and red, yellow, green, and orange bell peppers. The chicken turned out very tender and flavorful. We accompanied it with the garlic angel hair pasta, which went very well. I can't wait to make it again.

Garlic Cheddar Chicken

Of the two of us that tried it, one of us loved it, would have given in four stars; the other of us thought we used too much bread mixture, accidentally using twice as much as we needed. It was really good. We'll definitely make this again, using the proper amount of bread mixture.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Made this Saturday, March 14, 2009 and really loved it. We used a black forest ham which had a very nice flavor to it. The sauce over top really makes this dish.

Tequila Shrimp

I really, really liked this recipe! After reading others' reviews, I also tried adding a little bit of beer to the recipe. I cooked it slightly longer and spooned some of the mixture over the shrimp so the shrimp had a slight crisp crust to the outer side. It turned out wonderful.

Mini Ham And Cheese Rolls

We made this on Super Bowl Sunday. It was a hit! Everybody liked it. We made a variety using turkey and chicken, too. I'd definitely make this again for some solid, beer-absorbing appetizers.

Fresh Tomato Salsa

This was pretty good but with five peppers it was too hot for most of us (four adults). Next time I'll try it with a pepper with less heat or use fewer peppers; you can't beat fresh salsa!
