Quick Chicken Divan
This is a very good recipe if you want broccoli and soup in it. I made mine without the broccoli, replace it with celery and onions, added potato chips on the top and serve a vegetable on the side.

French Onion Soup I
By using beef consumme and a touch of white wine instead of red, the wine isnt overwhelming, although I like red wine also. As far as the onions go, mine calls for 8 medium sweet onions, but it makes alot and keeps in the refrigerator for a week, freezes well also.

Chicken Marsala
This is very good, but I added capers because of a resturant I went to served it that way. For the complete recipe.
