I haven't tried making the sauce for this recipe yet but the meatballs are great! Instead of cooking the meatballs in sauce I took a hint from another recipe posted on this site (Fast and Friendly Meatballs) and baked them at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, turned them over and baked them for 5 more minutes. Then I simmered them in sauce. My boyfriend loves them! Thanks for the great recipe!

I cooked some chicken adobe with this recipe and then added the soy sauce/vinegar sauce from the chicken to the rice. It turned out great! I also used frozen peas, corn and carrots to save time. Nice quick recipe.
