Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
This was fantastic and super easy. I added fresh, sliced mushrooms as suggested by others which was a nice addition. I also added and about 1/4 cup of sherry to thin out the sauce a bit. Leftovers the next day for lunch were delicious too. We will be having this again!
