I'm currently living with roommates and always trying to come up with some fun new things to make! I love having a few guinea pigs (sorry guys & girl) around at any given moment, otherwise, i might be a little biased towards my cooking. Mainly i'm just doing it for the ladies! =) I can't really say i have a favorite thing to cook, my mom always was an amazing cook with so many different styles that i just picked up stuff here and there. Although, i love experimenting with sauces and reductions. My family is very close. My mother and i are the best cooks in the house, so when it comes to dinner time, her and i will cook up a storm and my brother and dad like to just be in or around the kitchen so we can talk and have a few drinks while taking in all the smells and sounds. My biggest triumph in the kitchen was a few weeks ago, i made a 3 course gourmet dinner for my parents. I plated it and everything, it turned out beautifully. They were so proud and even made my mom little bit jealous! I have yet to have a "tradgedy," I guess... lets hope one isn't on the horizon.
