Cilantro Chicken and Rice
Excellente! Best thing Ive cooked in a while. I used chipotle instead of chile peppers. Might be the best thing Ive ever cooked. Well balanced and spicy.

Flatlander Chili
Excellent. Came out a bit soupy so I seperated the liquid so I ended up with thick chili and sauce that I used the next week with spaghetti.
