Leona's Lefse
I love this easy recipe - and doesn't make a zillion like my Norwegian grandmother's recipe! Your specific instructions are the best I've seen. I'll use this when I don't want to make so many. My family isn't as fond of these as I am!

Norwegian Lefse
This is just the way my Norwegian grandmother taught me to make Lefse - but I just use 5 pounds of potatoes. Butter and sugar, for sure, and jelly! Lingonberry if you can find it.

Norwegian Christmas Bread
Just like my Norwegian grandmother's! I use white raisins, but Grandma used currants. She had a bush in her garden in Northe Dakota! We grew up having this for Christmas morning breakfast.I grated my own cardamon for years, as the ground was impossible to find.
