Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
I'm making this again tonight. The family LOOOOVED it! It's easy and delicious. I did 2 minutes each side and then 2 minutes with the topping and it was puuuurfect. Enjoy! Oh, I omitted the lemon juice and took a few suggestions from others, like celery seeds instead of salt. It's an easy recipe to modify and it was delicious.

Roasted Pork Loin
I made this recipe with a few revisions. I browned the roast in pan and then cooked in in a slow cooker. I cut up an onion, carrots and celery and put them in the bottom of the slow cooker, browned the meat and then put the garlic, rosemary, salt and pepper rub on the pork. I cut a few holes in the top and pushed the rub inside the pork. It was so moist and delicious. You didn't need a knife to cut it. It fell apart. The family loved it, too.

Juicy Roasted Chicken
This was SOOO easy to make. My family loved it. The chicken is very juicy. Great recipe. I used garlic salt instead of onion salt and added a few mushrooms inside the cavity. During the 30 minutes, the chicken was resting, I turned up the oven and roasted carrots and onions at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. It was a delicious meal, with mashed potates, too.
