THE BEST chocolate cake in the world. End of story. Family constantly demands that I make it again, starting two seconds after they finished off the last piece. Would be 10 stars with a fudge frosting.

These cookies were really fun to make. Don't worry if you don't have lemon extract, simply use lemon juice and they will come out delicious. Be careful with cooking them, as some could turn out quite crispy on the outside.

Okay, so I've made these twice. Once, I used the original recipe and they were delicious!!! I brought them to a church function and all the kids ate them by the end of the night (I made, well, A LOT.) The next time, I decided to play with the recipe a little bit. I used chocolate pudding mix and peanut butter chips. I them melted some milk chocolate chips with a table spoon of butter to make a creamy drizzle. I then brought these chocolate peanut buttery concoctions to a play practice, where they were instantly eaten up.
