To those who first used my Chicken and Rice Recipe, I offer my apologies. The spice amounts were listed incorrectly. I have changed those to read "to taste" so that you could play with them. The original recipe using the amounts listed would taste like spice and not chicken. So, again, give it a try with the new amounts and feel free to use other spices as well, some already have and have made some pretty good dishes. All of my recipes are designed to be a starting point and then you can tweak the spices to achieve the taste you are looking for.
