Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic
I would give this 4.5 stars if I could. This is not a 5 star recipe though because I had to reduce the amount of the red wine vinegar because it would have been too overpowering as is. I only used 1/8 cup like many of the other reviewers suggested. I thought the sauce was very good, especially with the mushrooms. I served with red roasted potatoes and asparagus.

Beef Barley Soup
This was good but not great. I would make this again when it's nice and chilly outside.

Apple Crisp IV
Mmmmm this was very good. The topping had the perfect amount of spice and was the perfect ratio with the apples. My husband rates all the dishes I make from this website and he gave this a thumbs up and 5 stars. Since there are only two of us, I cut the ingredients in half. We served it with vanilla bean ice cream and it was the perfect dessert.
