Balsamic Roasted Pork Loin
I really enjoyed this! I didn't have enough time to marinate the roast in the fridge (only 1 hour), unfortunately, but I kept basting to ensure the flavor and juices cooked though. I found the meat to be a little dry, but that was my fault as I left it in the oven a little longer than I should have. I'd make this again - thank you for sharing!

Brazilian Chicken with Coconut Milk
Excellent! Spicy and sweet at the same time. I did everything as per the recipe and it turned out beautifully. The only thing I would try next time, is baking the chicken instead of pan frying. I found the chicken to be slightly dry and baking would ensure a juicier result. Thanks for sharing!

Salmon Fillets with Creamy Dill
It was very good and my husband loved it. I added a little less mustard and added in dijon, and added in chili pepper for a little spice. I'll be making this again. Thanks for sharing.
